POLICIES
We are a pet friendly Bed and Breakfast hotel and you may bring your pet for a $50 pet cleaning surcharge. Stays with your pet are at our discretion and must be pre-approved by management prior to your arrival. Service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcomed unconditionally without any pet surcharge.

Check-in time is 3:00pm and Checkout time is 11:00am. Late arrivals
after 9:00pm are subject to forfeiture unless prior arrangements have
been made.

Coolers are not permitted in the guest rooms.

Should you wish to entertain visitors, they must depart by midnight.
Only registered guests are allowed on upper floors or in rooms.

Our Complimentary Breakfast Buffet is served between 8am and 10 am.

We accept all major credit cards. Personal Checks are only accepted 14 days
prior to your arrival and must be accompanied by a photocopy of your valid US Driver License/State ID card or Passport.

The Sixth Avenue House is a Smoke Free environment including all rooms and porches.

The Sixth Avenue House does not discriminate based on race, creed, color, national origin, nationality, ancestry, marital status, domestic partnership status, sex, gender identity,  or sexual orientation, disability or any other protected class under local, county, state or federal law.

All weekend stays during the summer season (May 1 to Oct.31) normally require a 2 night minimum stay. Fourth of July, Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends require a 3 night minimum.  Should you wish to book a 1 night reservation, please call us to see if we may be able to accommodate your request.

Cancellations:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking your reservation.
This is non-refundable.  Cancellations are accepted 14 days prior to
arrival.  If a cancellation occurs the 25% deposit will be considered
the cancellation fee.  Reservations do become permanent with the 14
days prior to arrival, and payment in full may be required at that
time to reserve your room.  We hope you understand due to the high
volume of calls and bookings we are not able to vary from these
policies  Some exceptions can be made on a case by case basis at the
discretion of management.
