POLICIES
Two-night minimum for weekends during High Season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)

Holiday/Event weekends require a two-night stay
50% deposit due at reservation (Amex, Visa, MC); Balance due on arrival

In the event of a cancellation:

  • Two weeks’ prior notification - A full refund, minus $50.00 service charge.
  • All late cancellations (within two weeks of reserved date) - Forfeit full deposit (no exceptions)
Our insurance prohibits:
  • Smoking
  • Children
  • Pets

Only registered guests allowed on upper floors, or in rooms

Check-in time: 3 PM

Check-out time: 11 AM
