All 6 rooms at Sixth Avenue House are tastefully furnished, with ample storage for your personal belongings. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we ask that you kindly refrain from smoking.

Room 1 & Rates
At the top of the grand flight of stairs sits Room 1. Its beautiful, full size antique brass bed with fluffy feather bed topper is so high, we provided a stepping stool to help you get in! For those quiet moments, this comfortably appointed room is complete with writing desk and reading chair. At night, settle in for a restful sleep in the embrace of fine linens. Perfect for a double or single, this quaint, welcoming room shares a comfortable, newly renovated bath.

Room 2 & Rates
Located in the southeast corner of the house, this deluxe room offers the comforts of a private luxury bath with Jacuzzi soaking tub and shower. Bright and cheery, the room is decorated in Ralph Lauren fabrics, creating a beachy motif. Recline on the inviting chaise while enjoying the television, complete with VHS and DVD players. The Queen size iron bed and fluffy feather topper will tempt you to sleep in — but our breakfasts are too good to miss!

Room 3 & Rates
Facing east, this room is lovingly nicknamed “The Rose Room.” Accented with rose-print fabric headboard, wallpaper, and accent pillows, its charming furnishings and Queen size bed make this gem an inviting room to settle into. Room 4 & Rates
Located on the third floor, "The Red Room” features Thirties waterfall-style furnishings and a Queen size bed. Facing east, the room is bathed in morning light — perfect for enjoying the newspaper in a comfortable armchair. Later on in the day, this room catches the cooling ocean breezes, making it perfect for a sleepy afternoon nap. Sharing the bath just outside your door with Room 1, this is a perfect choice for one or two guests.

A Full size, French-style brass bed greets you as you enter this sunny retreat in the northwest corner of the house. Boasting eight windows, it catches some of the most wonderfully refreshing ocean breezes. Relax in lovely cottage-style furnishings, with an easy chair inviting you to indulge in some quiet reading time. With the largest private bath in the house, you enjoy blissful comfort and luxury.

This delightful two-room suite with private bath boasts a relaxing sitting room complete with television, VHS and DVD player, and Stereo. Use the in-room refrigerator to chill those special refreshments to make the evening complete. The elegant yet homey bedroom features an exquisite Thirties bedroom set that is remarkable for its charm and beautiful condition. The deluxe bath includes numerous fine details, down to the vintage glass lampshades that were rescued from a grand Asbury Park home.
